The LJM team have transformed the space into a family hot spot providing a concrete skate park pump track, 41m elevated dual lane flying fox, polished concrete slide, sandpit with shade sail cover, rock climbing tower and many other pieces of play equipment for the kids.

Residence can also now enjoy two big architectural sheltered picnic areas with furniture, 3500m2 of kick about area while feeling apart of nature through our dense planting of mature trees and plant stock.
